Maybe use a talking stick?
BPT makes my commute less daunting. I have laughed and I have cried during multiple episodes. However I find myself irritated when Lisa interrupts everyone constantly. I knew it's technically her show, but goodness gracious! I wish she could hear herself and practice restraint. Many times a guest speaker is talking and she interrupts so much that they never get to make their point or finish their thoughts. I've found myself asking "Why does she have guest speakers when she's just going to hijack their message?" And poor Allison. I know y'all are best friends, but sometimes Lisa interrupts Allison and takes over the topic and leaves Allison hanging. I have yelled, "LET ALLISON FINISH!" several times while driving down the road and we never get to hear the rest of Allison's sentences. Just once I'd like to hear Allison say, "whoa, crazy woman-let me finish..." I don't know how Dr. Howard was able to teach her anything if she interrupted his lectures like she does his part of the show. Lisa is great and has a ton of good stuff to say, but sometimes she should be quiet and listen. She's funny and kind and humble, but I would like to challenge her see if she can hold her comments until it's an appropriate time to share them. Maybe y'all need a talking stick! Kidding...sorta.
